We built a home with Bardwell and had 3 different property managers. We drive by our home out of excitement and find major issues, such as the dryer vent being vented out of the home with 3 - 45 degree angles, which is a major fire hazard. This is something we never would have seen if we didn’t go by. Additionally, upon moving in our tub cracked 3 times and had to be replaced twice. The AC was hooked up incorrectly and caused major issues. I ended up going into labor early because of all the stress this company caused in our lives. The owner of the company has no class. He was disgustingly rude

They built a home for me in about 5 months even during the COVID stuff! They did an excellent job! I was torn between choosing them or some of the other builders, and I can’t be more thrilled that I chose Bardwell contractors! They come in after they finish and do multiple walk throughs to fix anything you don’t love, even if it was a scuff or mark that you made while moving in. I elected to go with a lot of upgrades, and my house feels MUCH more valuable than what it costs. Their quality of materials is incredible. My friend who works for one of their competitors walked in and just laughed
