I used this company to seal coat my driveway when I spoke with them on the phone I told them of an area of my drive that should not get sealed because it is a drain for water. Well they sealed it.... they told me it could be pressure washed off so I agreed to it, well they came and pressure washed it but never asked my wife to move her car so now my wifes car has paint chipped from being blasted by asphalt chunks. S&K came to the office building where my employer is a tenant. They decided to patch pot holes (many covering the entire entrance) during a lunch hour with no warning, signs or detours). There is only one way in and out of the parking lot. As I was leaving for lunch, I ran over some tar as I had no choice to avoid it without driving through the properties grass. I inspected my car at lunch and found tar on the fenders, fender wells, frame, and plastics. I couldn't be going more than 3 miles per hour. Vince and crew did a fantastic job on our concrete driveway. From first meeting Vince at the estimate through job completion he was professional, kind, and the driveway turned out awesome. Several neighbors have flagged me down, complimenting on how good it looks.
