Steve responded quickly to my request for a quote, explained costs and the process. I needed to be proactive in calling Steve over the course of the work to find out when demolition and paving was scheduled, but when I did, he responded quickly. Large crews showed up for demolitional and for paving - I met them in person and they advised me about clearing 6 feet of garage space and not driving on blacktop for at least days if not 1-2 weeks. Process delayed a week after demoltion due to unexpected downpour during work. Quality of final blacktop was what I expected, equal to road quality. There was

Last week C & S came out to asphalt our driveway. We happened to have one of our cars in the garage...the gentleman rang the door bell, asked us to open the garage and proceeded to work. There must have been 5-7 employees and not one of them at anytime had the decency to tell us to move the car out of the garage! It would have taken 10 seconds to say, hey, if you need to use your car over the next 10-14 days you might want to bring it out of the garage. (We had no idea how long it would take for the asaphalt to cure because of the total LACK OF COMMUNICATION, we had to call them after the fact

Quick and efficient they sent a small army. They mostly do new homes so easy to overlook a car in the garage they call ahead so not their fault if you leave ur car in the garage. They do asphalt if you eant a sleek wet look use sealer after a while. They were a month behind but they woudnt be busy if they were not good.

I am not sure if i am confident with how the drive way top looks. It feels like the topping could use little more Seal/ liquid to give it a sleek look and make it more durable. The driveway does not look as professional as it should for a company with 50 years of experience. The quality of the work that we should be receiving is not there for paying such high amount of money. C & S did drive way paving for a lot of builder houses in my community (D.R Horton Lakeville) and the quality varies from house to house. Some house the quality is good but some are like the pics of my driveway i posted.

I saw these guys down the block from me and went down to asked them if they could fix a small dent that had just been made from a delivery that had been dropped on my new Driveway a week earlier. They said which house and then said they would be down when they were finished with the job they were working on. Sure enough they came down and in 5 minutes had my driveway looking like nothing ever happened. I asked how much and they said "No Charge". Now that's what I call building a Business because I going to tell everybody I know to use these guys. Thanks C&S Bob Kuntz
