Dugger's Septic Tank Cleaning

I am very pleased with the service provided by Dugger’s Septic Tank Cleaning. He was quite busy, but was able to come within two days. Besides doing a great job, he made low cost and no cost recommendations for how to care for the tank and suggested a business that could help with adding a riser to assist with access in the future. I highly recommend using Duggar’s.

I spoke with David at Dugger's Septic Cleaning and described the signs I was seeing that made me suspect a septic tank problem. He was very courteous and helpful in diagnosing the potential problems, helping me locate the tank and identify the lid. He quoted a very reasonable price that was on the lower end of the national average estimate ranges posted on various sites on the internet. He was booked up for the day I called him but offered to come out on Saturday to pump the tank. Ultimately, my wife found another service that could pump on the day I called David at the same price and ultimately

After having a terrible time with another company this one was a pleasure. He called ahead of time, showed up and did a great job for a fair price. Not to mention he was very personable too.

Called this morning since my toilets wouldn’t flush. He told me it was likely my tank needed pumped out, quoted a price and said he could be there by afternoon. A few hours later he arrived, quickly found the tank and the blockage and had the tank pumped out fast. His price was exactly as he quoted.

Dugger septic is a well know family business with kind employees. They are helpful and efficient at there job and are continually prompt. I had a major issue with my system, dugger septic was right on it able to understand to get my dogs out of the way and correctly be around them while still being able to do there job. Would never pick anyone but the man with a pink elephant again.
