Through normal occupation in a home, we generate a great deal of contaminants and air pollutants, such as dander, dust, and chemicals. These contaminants are pulled into the HVAC system and re-circulated 5 to 7 times per day, on average. Over time, this re-circulation causes a build-up of contaminants in the duct work.

I'm a fireman with 1 day off most weeks. I'm moving into a new home and needed the ducts cleaned. I made an appointment through google maps and said I would be at the house at 11am. I have to pack and plan these days off accordingly. I see they do good work so I left my info with them.
I recieved a text saying my window for them to come by was between 9-11am... so much for sleeping in.
I wait until 12:30 and give DD a call. Krystal says the tech will call back. He calls back and states he left a message but it must have been with a wrong number. He could be at the house in an hour...
