Responsive, nice work, reasonably priced. My bathroom fan caught on fire, and we used a dry chemical fire extinguisher to put it out, then had the fire department come out to make sure it was out. The fire was small, but a fire nonetheless, and it burned the joists in the crawlspace leaving a semi-strong burnt smell.
We contacted two other contractors and went with this one. They called us back the fastest and sent someone out that day to give us an estimate. They were courteous enough to call when they would be five minutes late.

We found GreenTech through Exec after the bathroom exhaust fan caught on fire, burning a hole in the ceiling. We spoke with Yuri initially over the phone, and he was friendly and helpful in determining the scope of work and getting a project manager to come out.
Ivo came out the next day to give an estimate -- he was running 5 minutes late and called 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let me know he would be there in 10, which is really polite and conscientious for a contractor!
