We needed to get one room cleaned for moving out of an apartment. Alex was extremely responsive and had great communication with me. His work was great and he told us that if the work wasn't good enough for our landlord, then the our landlord can contact him about any issues.

Absolutely wonderful business! Tried another company that was ok but let the carpet wet for days! Carpet Doctor got us scheduled right away, it’s priced fairly, they got all of our pet stains out of our white carpet, and it doesn’t take too long to dry! He even threw in cleaning our stairs for free. I would highly recommend!

Carpet Doctors did an excellent job cleaning my carpet - especially high traffic areas with pet odor. Zack and Russell were both very friendly and professional! Carpet takes about 6-8 hours to dry, so have a fan ready to help speed that along.

**Update-owner tried to have an online reputation company get me to take down my reviews online in exchange for a full refund. I declined and after several months the Ohio Attorney General arbitrated and got them to give me a full refund.
This company scammed me! They have a great write up on their website about their vent cleaning service. These are the after photos believe it or not. They said it would be approximately 3 hours of service I left the house for 90 minutes and they were already packed up. Offered to refund half of the money they stole from me and said they'd come back and address
