I was familiar with the location of this place so I decided to give it a try when looking for a new countertop. The woman at the desk was disinterested in helping me due to my arrival 15 min prior to close. I had no appointment nor did I think I needed one. She then took me into the show room and explained they did not have the granite I was looking for when there was a sign on the slab in front of me of a piece I was interested in. The customer service was obviously poor and I left without any desire to look further.

We were so happy that we purchased our quartz kitchen and bathroom counters from IST Granite. We went to other stores however Mel won us over with his selection, pricing, promptness and accommodating professional, superior, quick service. Mel was a perfectionist when fabricating and installing our counters. We are so happy with the quality of our quartz, along with the time frame of which it was installed.

I give IST Granite 5 stars! From selection to completion of my beautiful granite, I had excellent professional service! The person in the showroom showed real concern and understanding for what I was looking for and made various suggestions without any sales pressure! I had my granite installed in one week and it looks fantastic! This is the second time Have used IST for both a kitchen and master bath and I will definitely return for other projects.

We bought and installed granite kitchen tops and quartz bathroom sink tops. Excellent material and installation work by İSTANBUL GRANITE. My wife and went in to pick the material. Of course choice in abundance, help and courtesy made our process very pleasant and enjoyable. Schedule was met as promised. I recommend the place without any reservation.

I worked with Aaron at Istanbul granite. He was very nice, very accommodating, patiently answered all of my questions during my multiple visits and most importantly kept his word about the service they would provide . They were very flexible with scheduling and completed the job in a very timely manner. Our kitchen is still a work in progress but I love it! I would definitely go back to Istanbul granite again
