With approximately over 1,000 types of indoor molds found across America, with a few of these causing some form of illness, we work to help you identify and get rid of your mold problem.As an International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2) and certified Master Inspectors, we are certified for radon and asbestos testing, mold testing and investigation.
Service with us is very thorough; we complete a multi-point inspection. This includes several areas of a building, like the exterior, roof, basement, foundation, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry areas. We record humidity levels and temperatures and provide you with a recommendation of areas and types of tests to be performed.

Molds are usually not a problem indoors, unless mold spores land on a wet or damp spot and begin growing. Molds have the potential to cause health problems. Molds produce allergens (substances that can cause allergic reactions), irritants, and in some cases, potentially toxic substances (mycotoxins).
Mold testing can be done in several methodes such as air test, dirrect contact, bulk or combination of these to get the most accurate results. These samples are FEDEX overnight to the certified lab for quick results. Weekend and holidays are excluded for over night. FEDEX does not deliver our mold samples packages to the lab on weekends or on holidays.
