We scheduled an exchange one day in advance for a remodel we were working on. When we called the next day in the morning to follow up we were told we were the 7th stop and that we would have the exchange at 1pm. 1pm came an went we called a few times and were told their driver was having issues and that they would be there in 45 minutes. The day came an went no communication from them as to us being rescheduled. I called Kevin at 10am the 3rd day now with guys at the job site standing around which has now caused us to spend unnecessary expenses and we're 2 days behind and explained this to Kevin

The dumpster was supposed to be dropped off between 6 and 7 PM. The driver was supposed to call so we could tell him where to place it. Well, driver showed up at 1:30, didn't call and placed the dumpster against a tree so we could not open the door. The next day, the dumpster was supposed to be picked up between 3 and 4 PM. Driver showed up around 1230 PM and I asked if he was there to take the dumpster away and he said no but would we like him to move it. He moved the dumpster for us and I asked him when he would be back to pick it up. He stated that he could not say but it would be before 4.

Don't deal with these lying thieves. They have some of the worst prices and customer service. I ordered a dumpster from them and they promised delivery the next morning. This didn't happen. I payed for my crews entire days labor plus machinery for nothing to be done. I canceled the order and they informed me of a cancellation fee. They didn't disclose these fees until after they had charged my CC.
