Contacted A&B to empty my septic tank and received an appointment quickly. The best part of my experience was definitely the technician. He was so helpful - he answered all my questions and demonstrated to how to maintain each piece of the system in detail. After inspection, our tank wasn't in need of emptying (as it is new) and the technician didn't charge and told me he'd prefer to have happy customers instead of making a quick buck. Other service companies should take note, this is how you build loyal customers! Thank you A&B

These guys are great!! We called for a septic system inspection for a home we are buying (that we have been renting for more than 10 years) because we didn't know where the septic was or what it consisted of. They got us on the schedule very fast and were extremely helpful at answering all the questions we had. They even came out the day following the heaviest snow fall of the year!! I am so appreciative of A & B Sanitation! We had a bit of an emergency with our septic, and I called many companies to check on availability to have it pumped. The receptionist at A & B was so kind, and the team member was able to fit us into the schedule due to the nature of our needs. He was very professional and efficient. We contacted a few services to take a look at our septic system and to have it emptied. A&B said their tech, Kenny, would probably be able to take a look and answer our questions while he was emptying the tank.
This differed from other companies whose initial response was to schedule two appointments as their techs only emptied. Anyway, Kenny was great. He answered our questions and gave us additional information and future maintenance advice for our very old system. Thank you!

Jeremy and the A&B team did a great job replacing my 30 year old septic tanks. It was a major job. The scheduling and installation was flawless.
We came across a minor surprise (due to my fault) that caused a bit more work for them. They did not charge me extra although by rights they should have. I appreciate this spirit of cooperation.
They are experienced professionals, well known by the County Health Department as doing excellent work, and worth every penny.

I can't say enough about this company and the technician Shawn who came out to empty my septic tank. I just purchased my first home and the main sewer pipe was backing up and flooded my newly remodeled basement. We discovered the septic was full and called these guys to come out. After the tank was emptied, water still wasn't flowing into the tank. Shawn the technician went above and beyond what he was called out there for and was able to free up the pipe by removing some roots. I can't thank him enough. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs any kind of septic service. I certainly
