bonded and insured. His pricing is
super competitive. My advice is to
ask for references and photos from

their license to make sure you are
getting someone who is licensed to
do this work in the state of

We're so glad that we were able to have William Dunn at WCD Masonry build our 90' wall between our house & a busy road! He went above & beyond with all aspects of the project & we couldn't be happier!

Like you mentioned the scope of the work was never doubled, if that's the case can you prove we paid you double the amount what mentioned on the contract? Of course we watered the concrete like you mentioned. Yes, we told you our previous contractor worked one day, took our money & disappeared. See strains of concrete on the ribbons, was never properly cleaned in the first place.

Over the past 10 years I have worked with several contractors and WCD Masonry is the best contractor I have ever worked with! The reason I feel they are the best is because of William. Will is a person of his word and the quality of his work is excellent. I received several quotes for my block wall project and WCD gave me a reasonable price with the absolute best customer service. Will is very knowledgeable and was great at helping me understand the project process. My project was difficult due to challenges with obtaining city permits and the actual location of the wall. We hired William to build our retaining wall. It was a major project, about 2 years in the making. The wall was approximately 100ft long and 6ft tall with a lot of requirements by our engineer and the city. William was able to work with both of them, solved any problems that arose, and finished the project in a timely manner. William was at the construction site everyday working along with his crew and always found time to update me on the status of project after the end of each day. It was a pleasure to work with William and will highly recommend his company (WCD Masonry).

We had a small section of a block wall that had cracked from a huge root. The wall moved against our gate, jamming it closed and unusable. I got quotes from contractors and even though William's quote was a little higher, I chose him because of the yelp reviews, the quality of hIs communication, and his informative and nice demeanor when he first came out to quote the job. I was glad I picked him. The work is exemplary, was done on time, and he even removed and reinstalled the gate (which the other contractors would not do). Fantastic Masonry work, William and Chris did an exceptional job with installing a 6'6 tan concrete block wall for my home. The price was competitive when compared to other contractors and just about every day was spent tearing down my old wooden fence and installing the wall. Project took about two weeks to complete. I will be using their services again in the future for any masonry work and highly recommend them to anybody who is in need of such services!

I called WCD for a quote to replace the current wood fence with block walls. William responded my call very quick. He is friendly and professional. Since it looks like my current fence is still able to hold for a few more years, I decided to keep out the project for now. Although I didn't use WCD for now, my experience with them was good.

Contacted WCD Masonry as a couple of blocks had fallen from my retaining wall. After contacting a few contractors, I knew the response would not be great as many contractors only want to take on big jobs. I had a couple of returned phone calls and WCD Masonry was one of them. Mr. Dunn and his team recently built a block wall on our property and installed a metal sliding gate. My husband and I were extremely impressed with his level of professionalism and quality of work. Mr. Dunn was a great communicator. He gave us a fair estimate of the work to be done on our property before hand and honored it. As I look out at my new block wall and metal side gates, I am pleased and grateful for the fine work of William Dunn and his men. We recently bought our house and we're currently in the process of renovating. Throughout the process we've dealt with a number of contractors, fumigators, electricians, etc. At least fifteen of them. I needed to build a block wall in my backyard to replace a dilapidated wood fence that had blown over in the last storm. I'm pretty careful when hiring a contractor, so I had 6 masonry companies come out to give me a quote. From the start, I really liked William. He was honest and direct. William quoted me $18,0000 on a brick wall but he required $6000 down. He seemed very professional so I gave him the down payment to begin the work. A week later he called me and asked for another $6000 on top of the $18000 for a total of $24000. Basically he gave me a low bid then jacked up the price once we gave him a down payment. When I asked William " why my $18000 wall is now $24000"he gave me a laundry list of excesses including my favorite "it had to be hurricane proof and thus required more material" to which I replied "were in California we don't get hurricanes
