My husband and I could not have been more pleased with the excellent customer service we received from Shane Davis and Discount Roofing and Siding. Shane worked tirelessly coordinating with our insurance company adjuster, our HOA, suppliers and vendors to ensure that our hailstorm damaged roof, siding, windows, downspouts and gutters were replaced in as timely a manner as possible. Their team was extremely professional and courteous. From beginning to end, their customer service was the best we've ever received!

Discount Roofing and Siding replaced my roof in March of 2021. I was very pleased with the process from beginning to end--from the customer service and professionalism, to the installation of the roof itself. We worked with Shane to initially repair our roof and ended up with full replacement. Shane gave us a detailed inspection counting damaged shingles. His knowledge of our roof and insurance specifications led us to a full replacement. We were blessed to get to know Shane. Without my neighbors referring Shane I dont know if we could have found anyone better on our own.

Excellent service. I was very pleased, especially when they postponed the work until the weather was right. We had unexpected rain after they got here, but made sure my roof was well done under the best circumstances.
I was also very impressed with the clean up. You couldn't even tell they were here! Good job and the roof looks great!
