So I clean pools and hot tubs. One thing people see is how much cheaper the soft tub is compared to a regular small hot tub. Well! You get what you pay for. There is NO skimmer to clean the dirt and oils and anything else that floats on the surface of the water. I purchased a new portico Softub and it is wonderful so far. However, the main reason that I am writing this review is for the absolutely outstanding customer service and professionalism of every staff person that I have had contact with from the salesperson, to the delivery people to customer support. This is one of the most professionally run customer service oriented businesses I have ever dealt with.

Great customer service from the time we made our purchase. Eric delivered our tub himself, after they had trouble with their delivery truck. We live about 5 hours away from their location. He answered the approximately one million questions we had while he was here too. We recently had to send our motor in for a warranty repair. Eric told us that their repair facility had only just reopened after being closed due to Covid, so it would likely take 2 or 3 months for repair since they had a backlog. It's hard to believe I've owned my Softub for over a year now. I cannot imagine NOT owning one! I average about 4 nights a week in my tub. It REALLY helps with my Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS). Not very customer oriented; I've called several times to talk to their service dept and unfortunately the attitude is less than helpful or willing to assist. I purchased my used ST-220 3 years ago from Evergreen and have had line leaks, a pump failure, and now electronic board issues (seems I was sold 2003 vintage). As as an engineer, I can and have repaired most of the issues myself (vs. the 1300 dollars they want), I just needed them to test the display board and they refused and told me I should do it myself. Whoaa . . . that sucks!!!

Let me start by clarifying that this rating is for service or should I say lack thereof. We have had our Softub 220 for 3 years. We have enjoyed it tremendously and used it almost daily. We noticed that the water level was dropping and found that there was a water leak coming from under the motor unit. My husband called service and after explaining the issue was told in quite a condescending tone that if he wanted to bring it up then he could but that it would not be looked at in a few months, minimum of 2. I have had my soft tub for 4 months. I really like it but it needed to be drained at the 4 mo. point and I was hoping for more like 6 mos. I think it's due to having soft water from a spring instead of city water maybe. Aside from that it's been great. The jets are about and the temp goes to 106 degrees. I expect it will last for years if I take care of it as told to.

We have had nothing but trouble with Evergreen Softub. The purchase and delivery are easy, what happens later for a $5000 hot tub is they want you to spend twice that continually replacing parts. Every time I have called them about something going wrong they tell me I am not maintaining the tub correctly. The tub lid failed because it is a taped together piece of crap and when I called about it breaking in half they told me I was not taking it out of the skin (the final coating around the foam and vapor barrier) and letting it dry out. After extensive research, I selected a Softub over a traditional hot tub, because I find the Softub's SO much more comfortable and deep to sit in vs the clunky, shallow acrylic tubs that cost twice as much. The Softub is also much better as a mini pool for kids. Evergreen Softub gave me wonderful service, speedy delivery, and they were quick to answer any questions before or after I purchased. I've had my Softub for about 7 years and I love it. Everything about the ease of set-up and use is true. I was a single mom at the time I purchased the tub and mainly bought it for therapeutic reasons (I have mild CP), and it's become a small luxury that we've all come to appreciate. The downside, however, is there are not a lot of dealers around to help if something goes wrong, but we learned that Eric at Evergreen does his best to serve a huge region/area.

We purchased our SoftTub in June 2016 at Maple Valley Days. We received the tub same day, within a few hours! William was the sales representative, very pleasant and knowledge. Eric was one of the delivery folks and also very professional. We filled the tub that afternoon and were soaking by the next night. Our friends and neighbors all have fiberglass tubs and we absolutely love ours so much more. Less energy, less haste and much more comfortable!

So happy with our Softub and Evergreen Softub! We just love our Softub, we use it almost every day, in the summer we turn down the heat and take a cool spa.
We bought the show demo at the home show and then had to build a deck to put it on, so when they were ready to deliver it after the show we weren't ready to have it delivered. They held onto it for an extra month so we could finish our deck and have a place to put our new softub, we really appreciated that. This is the worst company on the business side. They flat out lied to me at the homeshow. It has been one thing after another. I do not do business when companies have no integrity. They are very low with honesty and integrity. I wrote to the attorney general. They replied that the company was indeed on the wrong side. They said they could not help me that I needed to get an attorney. I'm still considering it because buyers have a right to honesty. I will never purchase from this company again.

Service at Evergreen Softub is awesome! Spoke with Eric on the phone and he was able to answer my long list of questions. We are new to hot tubs, we had redone the deck and I over build it so the t300 was no weight concerns. We use it average of 5 times a week, some time twice a day.

Erik H in customer support is the best. He has an engineer's brain and the patience and communication skills of a teacher. He is amazing and he makes evergreen softub like LL Bean with its customer service, patience, and expertise!

Evergreen Softtub cracked even a few months before the end of warranty and was replaced with a liner that quickly became misshapen. However when they said they'd send out someone to determine what to do initially they warned us that 'it will only be replaced one time.' Well obviously they gave us a used bad liner. They also haven't responded to my requests to fix this, sticking true to their decision not to correct the problem if the second liner didn't work out. Seems like they knew it might not.

So don't bother to buy this hot tub because even if you buy all Softtub
