Very nice and helpful at point of sale 1.5 year ago. Great showroom with lots to choose from.
2 concerns :
1. Bought 2 fireplaces but one is way to powerful for the space and overheats the house on the lowest setting. This was discussed prior to install when the space was evaluated in person.
2. Now that fireplace isn’t working due to the pilot light and ignition burning out. They are booked out 3 weeks before they can even come to fix it. Now we’re cold.
Would still recommend them but can’t do 5 stars.

We love our Vermont Castings gas fireplace! Fireside guided us to choose the fireplace based on the features that were most important for us, and select the size that is best for our home (not too big, not too small). I really like that they helped us configure it to serve as a backup heat source in case we lose power in the Northwoods (great peace of mind). The installers were obviously experienced and did a nice job. The result is a fireplace that looks and feels wonderful We use it all the time.

It was hard to find the right insert for our century old fireplace. Fireside helped us with the wonderful Quadrafire Grand Voyager fireplace insert. It fits, looks awesome, and provides lots of heat. Fireside provided quick, neat, professional installation. Friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for better.

My experience was very positive. The estimate was accurate and detailed. The the workers were knowledgeable and the they were very concerned about keeping my premises clean while they worked. I highly recommend them. The only problem is they were so busy it took me 3 months to get on their schedule.

Fireside installed a Quadra Fire Discovery II wood stove at our Fence Lake home last Fall (2020) and we could not be more pleased with the quality of the product and the work their team performed. Dan, Mark, and the rest of the crew at Fireside made the purchase and installation of our fireplace and freestanding stove stress free. Dan especially went above and beyond by making a couple of visits to advise us on our demolition and framing for the new fireplace. He knows his stuff. The installation went smoothly and we then decided to remove a pellet stove and replace it with a Vermont Castings free standing stove for our basement. With both purchases and installations there was good communication and follow-though during the entire process. I would and have recommended Fireside because they
