Last year they repaired our pool deck and it lasted for about 2 months. They kept sending the same, inexperienced crew back 4 times. The last time one of them let himself into our backyard, fixed a one part of what he came for and left with a text message once he was gone. Currently, pool deck has multiple spots with discoloration, I am assuming… from chlorine, and at least one tear. The painted patio and pathway to the pool just stayed looking awful since day one, when we were told that they will look better once they fade a bit. I contacted them 38 days ago and still haven’t heard

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company that in my life. I list count at how many phone calls went on unanswered. Left multiple messages and received no reply. It amazed me that once the had a considerable down payment on a patio project all I got from Sharp was “crickets”. So it dawned on me that they were screening calls so I… called from a business phone that I volunteer with and low and behold someone answered. We have contracted with this company in February and we’re given an April scheduling for the work to take place.
It is now August 10th and while they have collected another down payment, a total of 4 work days have so far been completed! Our phone calls go unanswered, they screen our phone number and no one even attempts to call back to provide any kind of update.
Their receptionist did not apologize once and hung up on me today! STAY AWAY from this company.

Terrible experience. We hired them to build out our BBQ and they gave us a quote and a start date, but didn't properly explain their process of waiting 4 weeks for cement curing. Then they were rude when we were surprised to have to wait. Then, I ordered "sunset" colored pavers, but when I got home from work, they were charcoal and black. Now, 1 year later the LED lighting is drooping and not working....I've called and emailed 3x and NO RESPONSE. I do not recommend them.

Please do not do business with this company. Price is really good and they were quick to do the job and take your money. However, they have done a horrible job with our pool deck resurfacing. We chose the new Sonoran color but they made a mistake with the color. They fixed it the same day but the color was nowhere near the color they have sent us… online. It took us 3 weeks before we could get an inspector to check it and the inspector is the owner of the company. I was upset and provided my feedback to Allan, the owner of the company. But he called me abusive multiple times for providing

Something happened to this company. Probably around the time they changed their name from Sharper Edge to Sharp Contracting. They charged a LOT of money to refinish our pool deck and it now looks worse than it did before they refinished it. They don’t return calls either, so good luck getting anywhere when you have a problem.
