It had been a long time since my hardwood floor installation and it was time for hardwood floor refinishing. I searched for hardwood floor refinishing near me and decided on Specialized Surfaces. Alonso and team did a fantastic job! Our travertine floors look brand new. Alonso took his time to ensure the job was done right and he didn't cut any corners. I was in need of tile and grout cleaning Orange County services and I hired Specialized Surfaces to do the job. I’m extremely impressed with the work that they produced, with my tile and grout looking like it did when it was first installed. As impressive as their tile cleaning services were, that’s not all Specialized Surfaces did for me. I was in need of grout repair as well and this service was also performed seamlessly. My floors needed a changing and I decided to go with marble floors. Specialized Surfaces made it easy to schedule a time that worked for me to have their professionals come out and perform marble installation. I work full-time, so it was nice they were willing to work with my time frame. I'm happy and definitely satisfied with their work, the marble floors look great. My family made some very nice comments when they saw it for the first time. If I do my floors with them again I intend to come back to these guys.

We had a client come into our office wearing bike cleats and made a huge, deep scratch on our wood floors. Tom from Specialized, and Matt Vest, the person who did the repair work, were just amazing to work with and if you look at the before and after pictures you can't even see the scratch at all. We are so happy, and I would definitely recommend this company!
