I have found this business to be extremely untrustworthy, manipulative and money hungry. Moreover, the recent good reviews under my review appears to be from their own employees trying to hide some other bad reviews they have down below. I wish they would have spent all these efforts and energy on honest business practice and if they would have cared for their customers rather lie stories. They would not have to face these kind of bad reviews. Thank you

I would never recommend anyone to work with this company. I had a very small job that needed to be done fast to open my business so I contacted them. I did say it multiple time that it is very urgent and I asked them if they were able to do it. They said yes multiple time so I decided to go with them. 2 weeks passes and nothing happened, I tried to call multiple time and the guy named Kevin kept saying he can do it. I said if they can't do it, I'm cool with it but let me know so I can find other companies to do it for me because I'm losing money everyday I can't open my business but they kept insisting

I was desperate to find someone to fix a leaking sprinkler system after the winter storm (2021) that left my family without any running water. One place told me that they were backlogged for 6-8 months. These guys were super busy, but squeezed me immediately and quickly handled my issue. They even installed a valve that will almost certainly make things easier for me in the future if I need to find an emergency shut down. Also, they have been great in helping me with insurance, which unfortunately has been very slow to issue payment.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Lies, excuses, money hungry, do not care about years long loyal client, poor technical knowledge, rip off etc. There are many other companies you can hire in DFW region but these guys are truly way behind the American business module.
