Fredrick was so helpful and responsive when we were battling ants and squirrels in the roof at our house. He was incredibly nice and explained the work he was doing during his scheduled visits, and promptly responded when we need a follow up visit to clear out a few traps. The pest control worker was Frederick Sims. He came to our apartment complex to fight a serious rodent issue. Our complex is Summer East. Frederick made a point to be sure the issue was completed and in a very profesional manner. He made many trips to my apartment to be very sure I did not have any more critters after the one was caught. He is pleasant and always courteous. I would love his company to know how awesome a worker he is.

Before I moved in, this home was badly infested with fleas, roaches, mice, ants and sevetal other bugs that couldn't identify. . Each service call seems to be turning it into a low- to -no pest home thanks to Mid South Pest. They do offer great service. Thanks Tom and staff,
