Mike was super friendly and took all precautions with covid mitigation while at my house. His repair saved us hundreds of dollars and we're very happy we have a working dryer again. Mike came the same day I called. Examined our Washing Machine, explained our options. He said that he could try fixing it but recommend buying a new one based on the age of our washing machine and cost of fix. Great to have an honest service professional.
