Ex-Home Solutions replaced part of my slate roof with a similar material earlier this year. I thought I detected a potential problem and emailed Mr. Martinez on Sunday. He came himself to my house the next day, Monday, at 9:00 AM to conduct an inspection. He explained that what I saw was not a potential leak. He stands by his commitment and will follow-up when needed.

We hired EX Homes DSolutions to replace our roof, install new gutters, and repair and replace siding. We couldn't be more satisfied with the outstanding service and the quality of their work! Julio Martinez prepared a quote promptly which was 60% of the price of our other estimate. He scheduled the work promptly and kept me informed every step of the way. EX Homes' work crews were all very professional, couteous, and extremely neat. They did what they said they would do and the results are beautiful. We highly recommend!

I highly recommend Julio and his team at EX Home Solutions. They repaired a roofing leak and replaced our skylight. Their bid was very competitive and they completed the work within the proposed time frame. They also did an overall roof inspection (in great shape) and fastened a loose downspout free of charge. I was very impressed with the work and they will be my go-to company for any future projects.

Julio, the owner, is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and honest. He definitely went above and beyond, taking the time to explain the roof/leak issues and answer all of our questions. We received other estimates to replace the roof, but EX Home Solutions was the most reasonable. The crew worked extremely hard and didn't see them stop working until the sun went down. Definitely give them bonus points for their work integrity and leaving our outdoor area cleaner than it was before they started their work. Top notch from

You can’t go wrong with EX Home Solutions! Julio Martinez’s company information was provided to me as a referral and I am happy I reached out. After receiving several quotes for a roof replacement, Julio was onsite within 24 hours to review the scope of work, provide an estimate (which he easily beat compared to other contractors), answered numerous questions (even off hours) and the work was completed this past Saturday by he, Victor N. and Luis N. I received quotes from over ten different roofers but EX's was the best, he was local and he was responsive to questions both via email and phone. The price was competitive. The work was done quickly and professionally. They tied in a rain barrel to the new gutters. And the own came by to check the work quality and my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them for your future roofing needs.

Overall we are very pleased with EX home solutions and would use them again. We had 3 quotes from 3 different companies and by far this was the most reasonable. We are very happy with the new roof and gutters. They were able to replace the roof in one day and complete the gutter work on another day. The company was good about cleaning up after the work. As issues arose they where able to work with us to resolve them.

We highly recommend Ex Home Solutions. We had a very positive experience from start to finish. Julio came over to inspect our roof - initially we only wanted to find out how much life our aging roof had in it to determine how soon it would need to be replaced. Julio gave us an honest assessment, and despite the fact that he told us we could wait a couple years, we decided to go ahead with the replacement.
