Services
J&S has finished many projects for us. We have put them to the test and they always come out shining. They have been able to handle many difficult problems to our complete satisfaction. They are very reasonable, honest and able to intelligently communicate the information I have needed to know. They are also easy to talk to and absolutely dependable.
Roads can be driven on as soon as asphalt is compacted but it is better if its cures 2-3 days before parking overnight on it. Sealing is the process of applying a commercial-grade protective coating over the finished asphalt. The sealant seeps into minute holes in the asphalt, binds with the asphalt molecules, and protects it against weather and other destructive forces.

I have been using J&S Asphalt for almost 12 years at the properties I manage and they are always my go to for their consistent work and fair prices. Jeff has always taken care of us no matter how small or large the project. They were able to squeeze us in for last minute repairs and his foreman Martin was helpful in explaining the work being done.

Just watched J&S Asphalt at 10325 Buena Vista Avenue, Santee CA 92071 overlay my 100-foot easement driveway. I spent 3 months reviewing proposals and looking at options. They gave the most comprehensive estimate and advice on what needed to be done and what was not necessary. After checking them out I knew I could trust them to do a professional job. They were a referral from my trusted contractor Rich Shamlian of Construction Management of San Diego.
