I may be in the minority but my experience wasn't a positive one. Our septic alarm came on in late October so I googled local companies and found Barbosa. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful, the owner came out quickly, so good marks for that. However, I asked him to check over the system and his response was to ask me how old the pump was. I told him it was original to the house in 2006 and he said "well, its probably the pump". He didn't check anything else out, even though I asked about it. I worked for a company that sold pumps at the time and was able to purchase

I was traveling internationally and got a message from a tenant that the downstairs toilet was overflowing, and I had a flood in the first floor bathroom. Used this company a few years ago when no other company would come b/c of the temperature, so when we needed the septic pumped out again it was a no brainer. The driver was pleasant and the prices are more than fair. If we should have any problems or when the septic needs to be pumped I will be calling Barbosa.

Called to have my septic pumped for the first time. Called several other companies and left messages on machines. Barbosa answered the first time and was I was very happy with the service I received. They not only booked my appointment for me, but was very pleasant in doing so. Steve called me on the way and was right on time. Unfortunately I only had one of the two lids dug up for him. Steve was more than happy to dig it up for me and make sure the job was done right. Steve took the time to explain all he was doing, tested my alarm and educated me on maintaining
