If I could give this company zero stars I would. We first contacted them through our home insurance company for our AC unit. After 3 years of them being repeatedly called out for the same issues, they completely just bandaided the problem, the unit was never fixed, they were unprofessional, rude, cancelled appointments without contacting us, during the hottest week of the year. Failed to send their reports to our insurance company in a timely manner. They basically just failed at everything a business could fail at. Zero stars. 3 years of milking my home insurance, never actually even looked to fix what horrendous issues my heat pump obviously had -THREE YEARS. We kept expecting "the next time" to be where they actually fixed it. I finally demanded something be done and while professional yet firm, I got hung up on. Drove right down to see the owner, who was oblivious to that call, or any of the videos I had sent of my obviously failing machine, "oh yah this is crazy, we'll be right out" - 19 DAYS later they come out, sent a guy that said 2 words to me, more tinkering, even more refrigerant (the 4th refill

Service was excellent! The biggest challenge with the service industry is the feeling you are left with after the service. Many times you feel oversold and ripped off. My feeling was the exact opposite. They were knowledgeable, helpful, informative, & efficient. At each decision point, I was offered alternatives to save money with pros & cons. Highly recommended!

I read all the recent reviews about them and everyone seemed to have a professional experience and good reviews. So I gave them a call and made an appointment. When the tech arrived he was not wearing a mask nor laid down any protective cloth in the interior of my home to protect my carpet from him coming in and out of my house numerous times! The tech was here for about an hour and half and never told me what was wrong with my heater or inform me of how much it would cost... instead he proceeded to fix it and still not say a word until the invoice needed to be paid ... the whole experience was

Hurliman crew came today to run duct work for my bathroom fans. The 2 techs arrived promptly at 8 am . They were very courteous and professional. They wore masks in my home which I appreciated due to the pandemic. They also put down drop cloths to protect my cream colored carpet, and I didn't even ask! They left no mess. The fans are working great; so, no doubt the duct work was done right. The vents they installed on my gable are even and look great! I am very pleased. I've used Huliman's for about 10 years for my HVAC and they've always done an awesome job. Highly recommend.
