We've used Kington for more than 3 decades. Over 30 years we called them from time to time to our apartment complexes in Knoxville where they always responded quickly with competent, professional and courteous service. Exceptional response time and customer service! The lady that answered our call was very pleasant to speak with, and Richard and Tyler arrived within an hour and a half of our call. We had a clogged sewer line, and after much hard work they were able to have our line flowing smoothly again. They were both courteous, they explained everything they were doing, and were all around a pleasure to deal with and have in our home. We've always used Kington, and this is exactly why - they are a wonderful team and always a pleasure to deal with from start to finish!
