I had a different company install a gate with an opener. It was consistently breaking and became obvious that it was installed wrong. Randy came out and reinstalled the opener about 3 years ago and it hasn't had an issue since. Great company to work with.

I was having trouble with a gate at the storage facilty i manage...i called pti,pti couldnt trouble shoot due to a wiring issue..they gave me a 800 number to call, when i called i got refered to arrow gates...randy returned my call the day after shoulder surgery and got him and 2 man crew to drive an hour in half and get my back up amd working properly...they did chase down my wiring issue and fixed quickly
