Read the great reviews so we Showed up 10:07am Saturday morning 1 sales person who was busy , we waited patiently and quietly for over 20 minutes with out being acknowledged and making eye contact numerous times with the sales woman an acknowledgement would have at least felt welcoming , on the way out the door the sales woman was sorry 😢 yup off to your competition!

You would have thought that COVID 19 would have been detriment to our experience in having a Gas Insert project completed. From day 1 Tom advised, measured and got us started. Brian and Jaye were fantastic when we finally got to visit the show room and we were set up and Bill had us installed within 10 days!
We cannot wait to use in the fall and winter season and it really looks beautiful.

Highly recommended--Brian and Jaye made everything easy from clearly presenting various options including an in-home visit, to giving easy to understand estimates of the options we had to choose from, right up through installation. Brian even came to our house short notice on a Friday evening when we had a very minor issue with our fireplace remote control a few weeks after installation, and he got everything resolved quickly. Excellent customer service, honest dealing, and efficient work. You won't be disappointed!

We had a new gas insert installed last week and have used it each night since. The selection in their showroom was great for us to see, as the catalog pictures didn't do the stoves justice. Highly recommend C.R. Gas Logs and Fireplace. Service from Brian (the owner and salesperson) and Jaye (office manager) set them apart from other companies we received estimates from.
