Richard and his team did a great job installing new Milguard windows in our living room and dining room. His knowledge of the Milguard line allowed us to choose the best windows for our specific situation. Richard's meticulous prep meant that the windows fit perfectly, even though they were going into window frame originally created in 1930 and retrofitted in 1989.
The new windows really enhance the look of the front of our house, and I really appreciate the ease of opening & closing the windows. I strongly recommend RMB.

I reached out to about 10 contractors for a small window replacement project that Yelp said matched my needs. Of the 10, Richard was the first to reach out both via Yelp and by phone to offer his advice and referrals (he didn't service the window manufacturer). I think this isn't just good (future) customer service, it is truly a decent and kind thing to do. If this is how Richard treated me, I have no doubt you'll be in good hands working with him.

Rich helped us with a major remodel about 20 years ago (in 1999). He created the framing for several new windows, and he added the windows to our house. He also rebuilt our front entry, replacing a single door with a double door. All these years later, his work has held up perfectly. I would strongly recommend him for similar work.

After an uncomfortable winter thanks to 1980s-era windows and garden doors where the double-pane sealing had failed and daylight was streaming between the jambs, I emailed RMB Construction for a quote to replace them. Every step of the way, Richard was incredibly knowledgeable, flexible, and responsive!
Where other companies took forever to get back to me (if at all), Richard responded to schedule a walk-through right away and was able to work around our extremely limited weekday availability. He was incredibly thorough in explaining the process and providing us with recommendations for brands

We hired Rich to install a sliding glass door for us this summer, and we were so pleased with his work that when we decided to do a kitchen remodel this winter, he was the only contractor we wanted to work with. Richard was awesome! He responded within a day to our request for information via Yelp. He came by the following day on a Sunday to look at our window and give us a quote. We were having trouble with water leaking in our window when it rained. We were convinced it was a problem with the window because it is a very old window, but Richard looked at it and said it was that our gutters were simply clogged. RMB Construction replaced all six front doors at our townhouse complex after the previous contractors did a subpar job. Richard was very detail oriented and was in regular communication with us when preparing for the job. RMB Construction replaced the 7' tall, four-panel sliding glass door in my house and I am very happy with the finished result. My old door was leaking and I wanted to get a new one put in by someone who know what they were doing.

Richard recently finished installing 29 new Milgard windows plus a new front door and side door in our house. He and his team did a fantastic job. Richard is very meticulous and cares a great deal about his work. The fit and finish of trim work and caulking inside and outside the windows and doors is amazing! We knew we picked the right guys for the job as soon as we spoke with Richard, and he meticulously measured, explained options/tradeoffs, and kept us updated every step of the way. We have windows in our kitchen table area where the wall juts out like a trapezoid (windows on 3 sides) to give the area an octagonal feel. He listened carefully to what we envisioned, and ensured it was made to happen...this was no easy task considering we have an odd shape and custom size windows were needed.

Richard and his crew have done several project at my home and did a beautiful job on all of them. In 2013 he replaces all of our windows and the sliding door in our 1946 home. This year he remodeled our bathroom, put up new wood siding on the outside of our home, put in all new inside doors and pulled our carpet and refinished and repaired our old hardwood floors. They came across all sorts of problems with our old home but dealt with each one as it came along to make sure everything was done correctly. He and Jason are sticklers for detail and make sure what ever work they do it is top notch

Richard Bleile has done almost all the windows (and one patio door) in my house, the first batch in 1998, another batch in 2002, and just last May (2014) he replaced three sliding glass doors with low-E sliding windows in three bedrooms. That also involved reframing the walls under the new windows and applying new stucco texture to the exterior wall. In the process, he discovered significant termite damage, and he and his son Jason replaced the header beam that took the brunt of the termite damage and structurally rebuilt the wall just beneath it. I watched the work getting done -- no shortcuts

Richard deserves more reviews on this site! He (and his helper, Albert) have re-sheetrocked a great deal of our home after we experienced an unexpected demolition following water damage. Great job. On time, clear communication about start day and time needed for project. Great and affordable bids/estimates. Richard and his team are very professional and deliver quality workmanship. We also had him completely replace a non-operational window in my son's room. Fabulous job, clean, done on time under estimate cost - and now the room has some flow through ventilation which was sorely needed

Richard has done several large projects in my last two homes. He has replaced french doors, floor to ceiling windows, and regular windows. He has also installed a new window in our living room where one did not previously exist. This window required extensive structural work and stucco repair afterward. The stucco repair was so good that the building inspector was impressed and asked who did the work! Richard and his crew do great work and leave the workplace very clean at the end of each day. Highly recommended.

In 2009, Richard replaced 5 of my windows downstairs, and installed a door. The house dates from 1926, and had many changes over the years without benefit of permits--so a lot of problems were discovered. Richard was careful to show me and explain the problems--and then to fix them! He and his crew always left my home spotless in the evening, and they stayed with the job until it was finished, despite the unexpected problems. I trust him and his crew more than any contractor I've ever used. He is coming back to replace more windows, and then to re-do the master bath. I'll follow up after

We recently had Rich install 11 new windows in our house. We also had him take out an odd shaped window and install two uniform new windows. He not only gave us advice but helped with the planning process. He was absolutely FABULOUS to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and detailed and he pointed out things we did not know. He took care of all of our inspections and was very familiar with the local regulations.
