Terry is very detail oriented and acted as a not only a thorough inspector to find the presence of our household mold, test to determine the extent and types of mold, but his primary concern was how to return our entire home to a safe space we can live in. His caring attitude and truthfulness with us is very comforting and appreciated. He takes time to answer our questions as if we are life long friends who need help with our attic and whole house mold attack. Very professional!
