Hired this company 1 year ago last month. The siding started leaking. I tried contacting them for repairs...nothing!!! I think it may be the fact that their work only has a 1-year warranty? Or who knows? But come on? A year? We paid a small fortune for this work. Where is the customer service? Probably should’ve went with a real company and not just the cheapest price! You live you learn!

Jose (the owner of New Shield Siding ) did a great job! He was very friendly and always willing to help. I had scheduled my siding to be replaced in three months, but he was able to schedule me earlier than that due to an opening in his schedule which was great!
He was always responsive when I contacted him and I never had any trouble communicating what I expected. He was also very good at detailing out his plans and talking them over with me, so we both knew what to expect before, during, and after the project.

Jose and his crew did a fantastic job on our siding and painting. He kept us up to date with the remodeling. There was no language barrier between Jose and us. His crew also cleaned up everyday which was very appreciated since we have kids who play in the yard. I would highly recommend his company. We are very pleased with his work and attention to detail.

New Shield Siding recently sided our house with hardie plank, added new windows and painted the house. They did a fantastic job and and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Their attention to detail is second to none and they were there every step of the way for any questions/concerns I had throughout the process. It was a pleasure to work with Jose and his crew.
