I have lived in Plant City Fla about 7 years…I’m a BOSTONIAN ,,bugs FREAK ME OUT! My first Gentleman is Casey, oh poor Casey…lol… he dealt with this 64 year old crazy woman one on one for. VERRRY long time, then there’s Mitch sweet boy ,I think I terrified him, kidding he was as kid as he is sweet, last but not least is MIKE… OUTSTANDING MEN IN THEIR FIELD.TRULY! I am seriously freaked out by bugs but the 3 PERFECT Made feel safe

We've been utilizing Cross now, for going on 15 years with Great success. Thankfully, they service the greater Lakeland area as we were getting a little more than concerned as to exactly what service we would be using, when we moved a couple of years ago to South Lakeland. Alan has MOL been our Service Tech throughout that period and we are more than pleased with not only his demeanor, but thoroughly servicing our home. Mike was a super nice guy. We just moved to Florida from Illinois and had no idea the bugs were so bad. He assured us that he would take care of everything and that we could call with any problems and he would be right back out.
