Our new floor looks wonderful. The whole process of working with The Floor Store was a pleasure. Milad was happy to talk with us about options and made sure to address all of our concerns before we decided on the flooring we wanted to use. The installers were easy to communicate with, arrived according to schedule, and even spent the extra time to even out the base before installing the floor. I would definitely trust this company with future flooring projects.

I am delighted with my new flooring. The store owner, Milad, helped me pick out something that worked great. He is reliable, hard working, efficient, and honest. The installers, Mace and Tommy, were also amazing. They worked so hard every day, and got the job done quickly and done right. They were very accommodating to my family and pets and worked around my furniture with a lot of patience. After a bad experience with a big box store whose contractor never followed through, I am so glad I found a local, caring, vendor. I recommend The Floor Store highly. I was highly impressed by the job done by The Floor Store. To start, the owner Milad was very available and helpful in answering all questions (to boot, I respect that he answered the phone himself… says a lot that he takes ownership). He directed us to a good product that matched our other wood flooring. Being able to take samples to the house was incredibly useful as well.

The Floor Store at Thornebrook made our transition from New Jersey to Florida a wonderful experience. It's products are top-quality, its salesmanship friendly , patient, and low key, and its owner Milad Meftah, a truly nice person. Installation was beautifully done. We can't stop admiring both the beautiful oak and tile we selected and the way it fit so well into our new home. Also, Milad was so accommodating. The flooring came in earlier than expected (unusual these days) and we were not ready to have it installed. It was warehoused for us for several months without complaint or concern. The Floor

Having work done on your home is never easy, but even harder if you're out of town while it's happening! I'm so happy I selected Milad and The Floor Store at Thornebrook to handle my new carpet. From the initial measuring appointment, quote process and through installation, Milad and his team were the utmost professionals. After doing tons of research, this locally owned business turned out to be an awesome decision for replacing the flooring in our house! Milad (the owner)was professional and personable all the way through the process. He even came out to touch base during installation! Our installers, Mace and Hunter, did thorough, meticulous work-as if they were working in their own home!

We could have not asked for a better experience in the re-carpeting of our three bedrooms. From our initial visit to the Floor Store Milad was attentive, responsive and very professional. We chose our carpet, it arrived in about a week and within a three week period it was purchased and installed. Elliott did a great job installing the carpet and cleaned up after each room was completed. He also assisted me a bit in getting my lamps plugged back in, etc.
