I had a sewer backup and a rental. Called Crystal Blue Sunday night and got a call back first thing Monday morning. They were out there by 1:30 that day and got it all taken care of. This was the second time I’ve used them for the same issue. The reason I continue to come back to them is their customer service. They are responsive and communicate with you through the whole procedure. Friendly and helpful as well. Qualities that are not typical for businesses anymore. I trust them and will continue to use them.

My AC wasn’t working and I originally went through my home warranty company to try and resolve the issue. The company they sent out told me I had a seized compressor and that I would need to replace that and should probably replace the entire AC system and furnace for the small price of $14-16k. This didn’t seem right to me so spoke to a few friends and was referred to Crystal Blue to get a second opinion. I’m so glad I did and their tech Brad came out and came up with a completely different diagnosis. The repair was $260 and my AC was running within about an hour after the tech arrived.

Very professional and eager to help me find the problem with my air conditioner. They listened to my descriptions and were able to diagnose the problem relatively quickly. Prices are reasonable. Most of all they are quick to respond to messages. Great company. I definitely recommend them.
