John P Insulation

I recently chose John P Insulation to do my Mass Save insulation upgrade due to the number of positive reviews they have. I needed to get my attic's plywood floor removed before they could add insulation, and John P Insulation said they could remove it for me and would quote me a price for that separately from the Mass Save project. They sent Eric out to my house to look at the attic and he said it was pretty straightforward and that I should expect a quote very soon.

Fast forward to the day before they were scheduled to come out and actually do the job, and I still had no quote to remove

Had my attic insulated today by John P. Insulation. All the team in this company did a great job. From the estimate to the scheduling to the installation everyone was very professional . Refreshing to deal with a company like this. Kudos !

Siding looks horrendous now after insulation was put in and shingles were not put back on- literally sliding off the house. I understand there can be damage, but they didnt even reattach our cedar shingles. Can’t tell if insulation quality is better, but several things were flagged post inspection once insulation was completed.

John came over to review the home and determine what was needed after my energy audit. John walked me through the process and what gets done. On the day of the installation John and his team were very courteous while working on the home. After the job was completed John walked me through what had been completed before I signed. The work is fantastic and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them for work.

I can't say enough about the attic insulation job that JP Insulation completed. They were on time, pleasant, knowledgeable. We also had some junk in our cellar (we are moving) and for a small price they removed it all. You will not regret hiring John P Insulation. They do other stuff too, or have access to other great services, including clean outs, removing junk, etc.

Had the guys down to insulate my house as part of the MassSave program. They did an excellent job! They answered all my questions before and would stop what they were doing to answer them as we went along. They treated my house with respect and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had this company come to do insulation for our whole home - attic and walls (through Mass Save). Not only did they do what was in the original contract, but they also added insulation to our garage ceiling AND to an open wall that was being worked on for an unrelated home reno project! They did 3 days of work in 1 day & stayed late to vacuum and clean up. They were very professional, extremely efficient, and I love that it's a family operated company. Amazing work! These guys worked 12 hours straight, they're the best! Insulated the attic, eaves and knee spaces. Haven't turned the heat above 60 when had to have at 70 before. Cannot believe the difference.

John P. Insulation is a really friendly company to work with and they know their stuff. They did a quick, thorough job which corresponded with their estimate. They drove miles and miles out of their way to come out for a quote and then were very accommodating with their scheduling. We can already see the impact of the blown-in insulation. Our boiler hardly ever runs anymore.

I had no idea what to expect when JP Insulation arrived to work at my home.They assessed the areas needing remediation and immediately set to work. Two days of work from 8am until after 6 pm, they worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly. I needed to have insulation installed after mold remediation. I got three quotes and this company was the most professional. They showed me photos of what they were going to do. They explained the process In detail and arrived when they said they would.
On install day they arrived on time once again. They covered my floors and got right to work. They were professional all day. I never worried about leaving them alone in my house.

John P insulation did an amazing job insulating our home. They did blown in insulation in our walls and left no evidence of any work being performed. We also had our attic insulated with fiberglass batt. They first removed the old insulation, weather sealed all holes and gaps with spray foam and then laid fiberglass down in two layers to obtain proper R value. This was a two day process, they arrived at the time they said and performed all work in a clean, professional manner. Would absolutely recommend and use them again.
