I agree with all the glowing reviews of Nir and his excellent work. He and an associate cleaned the tile and grout in several rooms and re-grouted a shower floor. He is meticulous and fair-minded... eager to point out what needn't be done as well as choices of what could be done. He even searched for and cleaned darkened grout areas and patched nicked tiles. And his prices for the various tasks/services were lower than quotes/estimates from competitors. This was Perfection.

Nir was professional, prompt and repaired, cleaned and sealed our grout in 3 shower/bathroom flooring areas as if brand new. We were surprised how good they all looked. If it helps to show what we thought of his work, we asked for an estimate from him to seal our deck when he was done. Obviously, we would use him again. Great service.

Newly installed pebble type shower tile done by others started to turn brown and grout darkened. Nir came out asap, cleaned and sealed and invoiced for a fraction of the quoted price because it took less time and materials than anticipated, even though I was happy to pay the quoted price. He did a fabulous job and told me how to do it myself should the problem return, which it has not.
He is considerate, hard working, and most importantly honest. My only regret is that I didn't have more work for him. I felt so bad about the unsolicited discount that I gave him an "above and beyond" gratuity which

Master tile did all that they said they would do when they quited the job. What was the most important aspect of giving Nir, the owner, the job which took five day was the fact that he was part of the crew the whole time. He made sure that every aspect of the job was done to perfection. We had four co. quote the job and Master Tile regarding price was as reasonable as the other. We recommend them as the best, as a five stare co.

I highly recommend Nir for any of your tile or marble cleaning and restoration needs. He responded very quickly, and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, neat and friendly. The marble vanity top had some stains which he completely removed and it looks better than new! We also had a time constraint and Nir was so accommodating that he even came out on a Sunday morning to do the job.
