Complete Home Comfort was super easy to work with. They were professional, timely, and open in their communication. My husband and I have been finishing our basement and have had many contractors have poor communication. So when we see good communication it stands out. The installers who came out provided a text and a phone call when they were on their way. They worked efficiently and installed all the supplies and returns in my basement in a few short hours. 10/10 would recommend.

Great company from start to finish. From Barb on the service call. To Ed repairing our unit. They were early, honest and fairly priced. The showed up same day for service. James was super nice, took the time to explain what was wrong, why it went wrong, and sat down and discussed all the options with me. I had an issue with 2 separate units in my house. One, he was able to fix immediately and the other needed parts. I figured it would take a day or 2, but it was fixed same day. The 2 young men who came to install the parts on my water heater were just as nice, very respectful and worked quickly. James was so knowledgeable, explained our issue thoroughly, offered us options and gave us an idea of what each would cost.
