I hired this company to come build a pool in 2020. I was so upset over the process from start to end. First the different contractors that would build each section of the pool were unprofessional. They broke my back fence and didn't tell us and they would leave trash everywhere . Yes, the company did pay for the damaged fence but if I didn't call them and complain they would never have told us. Second from the moment the pool was full of water the water falls never worked correctly. I'm still trying to get someone to fix them. Worst company ever!! They took my money and damaged my house job sight. I hired this company to do a swimming pool for me on my backyard. They submitted the planes for the county to give us a permit, the county returned the planes more than one time for corrections. The owner told me she is frustrated from my job, I was shocked for such statements. Since they are the one that prepared the planes and submitted it to the county. After that once I get the permit, they come excavate and they didn’t pick the sand they are suppose to pick up, they damaged the job

I will start by saying I have attempted to resolve my issue for three years. I would not recommend this company. They lie so much you basically wonder if they have a conscious. I have a chipped pool since it was done. It will never get repaired by them. DO NOT DO IT. Choose any other company. I have spoken with other unfortunates who have just as many complaints and regrets as I do. And they are not a local business. So sad that we cannot trust companies to do good work. They are not part of the better business bureau so you ultimately have no mediator.

We had had a few quotes on pools before calling them ! And a friend who had just got a pool done had told my husband to call them they are great people and family run! When we called we were able to get someone out her right away to quote us on our pool! We knew exactly what we wanted so it made the whole initial meet go fast! We wanted to start right away and Mojave made that happen! From the day of the digging from the last day was amazing! Joey was there for the dig and pretty much everything else. And any questions we had he would answer! The employees from Mojave are great they always had

I could not be happier with our experience with Custom Mojave Pools! Our pool was completed in less time than told us and every single person we worked with was kind and professional. Our pool looks amazing and they have always been prompt with any questions we have had....even accommodating last minute changes of things we wanted to add! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!! The owner Joe does not like his work critized, his face will turn red with ANGER if you bring up any issues. He attempted to intimidate me so he wouldn't correct a problem during construction. Also .His crew will use your backyard as an ashtray and trash can without any regards to home owner. To make matters worse, the Big Boss is his wife, any complaints with Joe will not be properly handled. These people should not have a business liscence!

We met with 2 other pool local pool companies before hiring Custom Mojave Pool. They truly are a custom pool company, our designer Allen was very professional and listened to our ideas and came up with a unique design that is exactly what we wanted! The other company just provided us with cookie cutter plans and zero interest in what we had to say. The entire process was professional and was completed weeks ahead of schedule. The entire staff always communicated in a professional manner and all calls were returned promptly. Like any custom project, there are small issues that can arise after construction

Just wait 8-10 years and your pool will look like this. Such a terrible job and would never recommend to do pool for anyone from Custom Mojave Pools. Customer service was poor and nothing was ever done. I was given the run around and was out of warranty and could never get a straight answer. They have changed their number, moved offices and terrible service. Rock Cracking, Rebar is showing very disappointing. I am only giving one star because that is my only choice. 5 Star should not be in the same vocabulary as Mojave Pools.
