We went with another company on our flooring but wish we did go with Greg at Koster. He was great dealing with throughout the estimate process and his price ended up being cheaper but we already signed the contract with his competitor. He was quick on getting an estimate to us and was able to answer every question that we had about the hard wood installation. If you need hardwood work done, I would highly recommend Kosters and not some of their competitors who do not specialize in wood flooring installation. We were told by many people after our installation process that they loved their Kosters
