Took 3 weeks to get an appointment to put lp orifices in a new stove. Arrived and wanted to know where the directions were, orifices came with the stove. Seriously? When done he says he doesn't install appliances. Then how do you know if it works? He did install otherwise he wasn't getting paid. Lazy.

I have a four month old Maytag washer. It took them several weeks to even come look at it, parts were ordered and after three months the parts came in which is supposed to have been due to covid and is understandable. However my brand new washer has not been usable. After the parts came in I am having to wait a week for them to get here and put the parts in because they do not travel in my direction often. Most of the time when you call you get an answering machine. They do return your calls.

We had an issue with our whirlpool fridge that needed fixed asap, as we have friends coming in over the weekend and can’t be living out of coolers. My husband called at 8am and a technician made a same day service call to us and fixed our fridge. Pricing and service were excellent, and we’ll be relying on this company for our future appliance issues and repairs. Thanks!

Our refrigerator wasn't cooling , we called Marvin's, they couldn't give us an appointment for 9 days. We accepted the appointment. About an hour later we received a call from them telling us a couple things to try, we did and it worked. How many people would do that? They are very caring and would definitely call them in the future. Nice decent folks.
