This company provided the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Doug was a very friendly and accommodating salesman, but once the tub (Hydropool 5900) was bought, paid for and installed, the happy times were over. The tub was installed in May 2020 and I noticed some defects almost immediately. They failed to deliver entry stairs which I paid for, it took weeks to get them, then they gave me the wrong color. After several other attempts, I had to drive 30 minutes each way to get them myself. The lift cover had a defective and poorly designed piston locking mechanism which

A few years ago, Harbor Hot Tubs installed a spa at our house in East Hampton, which included rebuilding the structure that housed the spa. At the time, they made an obvious mistake in its installation (installed backwards, I.e., access to equipment was put on the wrong side) but were able to do a reasonable workaround and so I gave them a very good review. This past year, I noticed a crack in the spa and contacted them since the spa was still covered under its original warranty. After a number of calls, they finally came out to review the damage and told me that the manufacturer required them

My dad first bought a hot tub 20 years ago from Harbor Hot Tubs. Exceptional service and becoming part of the Harbor Hot Tub family ensued. Alas, the tub finally conked out. The team jumped into action, got us through the tail end of last summer, and helped us plan the future. Minor tweaks in positioning, and helping us think through how we wanted the overall space to function around a new tub led to a simple yet extremely impactful change to our deck. We could not be happier with this company- what a FANTASTIC team!!! This is our 2nd spa with Harbor Hot Tubs/Sparkling Pools. The installation team were professional and pleasant to deal with. Chris came by at the end of the day to check on the spa, answer any questions we had and make sure we were happy with our purchase.

I have a harbor hot tubs hot tub. I get in it almost every night it is the most amazing thing I ever added to my home. The installation was quick and easy the guys were really friendly! Gus, Alex, Tina and Doug are always available to answer a question and provide me with cleaning materials. I highly recommend that if you're in the market for hot tub this is where you go! They are the best!!!
