At PGI Foundation Services, we work with high-end products and equipment to solve deep foundation problems of any scale including cracks, sinking, settling, and more. Our team of skilled engineers knows just what to do. PGI Foundation Services performs expert concrete repair (concrete raising and leveling) for pools, decks, seawalls, and more.
Water pressure, soil pressure, adjacent structures, and bad soil are just a few of the causes for cracking, corroding, or settling. Helical piles are used when raising existing foundations, constructing new foundations, for additions to existing buildings and increasing load capacities for residential and commercial structures.
When you need quality ground treatments for commercial and residential construction, architecture, and real estate projects, PGI has the talent and the tools. When you suspect a cracked or settling foundation at your residence or place of business, a concrete pool deck that is settling, or a building location that requires soil stabilization-turn to PGI Foundation Services.

Buildings naturally settle over time, and as long as the building's foundation settles uniformly, the slight shift in the soil beneath the structure shouldn't cause any problems. When differential settlement occurs - or uneven soil settlement - it can cause catastrophic structural damage if not caught and repaired in the early stages.
Underpinning is a process used to strengthen the foundation during construction or the renovation of a structure. Often, the original foundation isn't strong or stable enough to support the existing structure or expansions. During new construction, the need for underpinning may arise if it is determined that the supporting soils lack stability and an increase or change in the load results in foundation that cannon support the required loads.
A building is only as strong as the soil beneath the foundation. Soil can weaken and shift over time and can cause serious damage to the foundation. The stabilization of soil at the base of a structure will maximize the life of both new construction and existing buildings. The process used in soil stabilization requires the removal or addition of specific soil properties.
