Services
RECON has successfully performed many types of structural repairs on various projects working very closely with an engineer and/or architect. RECON highly recommends an engineer and/or architect for all structural repairs. RECON will collaborate with your team during the Preconstruction phase; so the engineer and/or architect can deliver designs that have been agreed to in advance.
Belvedere had extensive siding repairs that were needed throughout the community. Rather than doing a full siding removal and replacement, RECON Construction went building by building, replacing the bad siding (some buildings worse than others). This resulted in saving the Belvedere HOA a substantial amount of money.
RECON Construction Company, Inc. and JLW Expert Consulting, LLC (JLW) work closely together and are Construction Defect Specialists. We specialize in Expert Witness Testimony, Litigation Estimating, and Intrusive Testing leading up to the final trial or settlement of a Construction Defect case.

Recon was hired by a homeowners association I manage out in Lone Tree, Colorado for work on 79 townhomes. They completed siding and trim repairs before the painting and saved the community a lot of money. They were very responsive and provided regular updates without asking for them. Thank you Recon!

RECON does really good work!
I've worked with RECON twice on large projects. They communicate well and put a lot of effort into ensuring their clients are pleased with the work, aware of the status and know the plan. Sometimes reconstruction work has roadblocks. Nobody ever said working in occupied environments is easy, but RECON does what's necessary to keep residents, owners and managers happy with the progress. I will work with RECON again.

I've had several excellent experiences with Recon Construction. Jon Wagner brings so much to the table with his vast experience in construction. With the help of a licensed engineer he helped design an economical solution to some older cantilevered decks that were deemed unusable to by the City of Denver on a 60 unit condo complex called the Overlook in the Highland neighborhood. This saved the HOA community tens of thousands of dollars and the end result was an attractive and safe building. He was able to give individual attention to one homeowner who wanted a completely new deck made of steel
