Services
Since 2008, Baths of Distinction has been designing and building superior quality CoreAcryl heavy duty clawfoot and pedestal bath tubs and accessories for homeowners and industry professionals. In addition to the overseas facility where we produce our tubs, we finish and jet all of our tubs at our 23,000-square foot production facility in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Provides residential delivery curbside at street level via tractor trailer. Driver will bring crated tub from truck via lift-gate to street level at curbside. You are responsible for making arrangements to have item(s) brought into your home, garage, etc. Lift-gate service is included on our tubs. The truck driver will not bring the tub into your home.
Before shipping, every tub we build goes through a process of testing and final inspection. The testing consists of filling the tub up above the overflow, checking all the functions and running everything for over 2 hours. In all, we let the water sit in the tub for 4 hours. After confirming everything is working and there are no leaks, the tub goes into our finishing department where any small marks or blemishes are removed and polished.

We ordered two jetted tubs from Baths of Distinction for our new construction project. One for the master bathroom and one for my daughter’s bathroom. I could not be more pleased with the tubs. My daughter loves her stand alone jetted tub. My daughter wanted to recreate the feel of a bathroom from a hotel we stayed at and this company was able to make that happen. We had issues with the master bathroom tub finishes. However, Ed was great and worked with us to get us a final product that we were happy with. I will add on additional pictures of the master bath as well. I highly recommend Baths

This company is outstanding, not only in the quality of their products, but also their customer care. Careful instructions were provided for the inspection of the tub upon receipt from Fedex and every question my contractor had was answered within 24 hours. We purchased a tub from Baths of Distinction just over a year ago and had the misfortune of it leaking recently. I suspected installer error, but I reached out to the seller for advice. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I have received from this company from day 1 to day 400. Ed was kind enough to call and spend 15 minutes on the phone with me discussing possible errors, and then overnighted replacement parts for me. He was SPOT on. When the new plumber came out to make repairs it was exactly as Ed had anticipated. This is the company you want to buy your tub from, stop

OMGG - don't you dare WALK, you need to RUN to this business ! My daughter's bath remodel has been delayed (thx Covid) - as I purchased this Tub package Sept. 2020. BUT - we're nearing the finish line now (thankfully). Anyway - from the VERY beginning - I had numerous questions - and they were answered Promptly by Ed & Bill. Then - I placed my online order and KIMBERLY became the STAR :) She helped facilitate everything concerning finishes and delivery. She is a GEM ! I cannot say enough how wonderful Kim is and how excellent her customer care is. Throughout this entire process of redoing our master bathroom, nothing seemed to go as planned. Kim and Baths of Distinction was the brightesr moment in this while process. If you are looking for a tub but hesitant to purchase one site unseen, you have company. We are just completing a major master bath remodel, and the tub we purchased from Baths of Distinction has turned into a beautiful showroom centerpiece for the project.
