Excellent customer service. Cathy helped me pick out exactly what I needed and was very honest about the product and how it would suit my needs. The installers were reliable, professional, on time and very knowledgeable. When a small issue arose after installation, it was fixed immediately, and the manager Cathy was in personal contact with me several times to ensure a job was well done. I highly recommend them.

We just had new hardwood flooring installed and it looks great! Eric and Kathy are great to work with. We received our estimate for the job in less than 24 hours after Erick took the measurements. There is no high pressure sales here and they truly care about their customers. I am looking forward to dealing with them again in the future.
