There was a mix up with our order. Walt was our point of contact and was not helpful at all. We spent weeks calling to talk Walt about windows and he would always say I will call you back at the end of the day. After weeks of this we finally got a hold of Joey the owner. He told us it's been to long and we can't help you......even though his guy was the reason for this. The only thing they offered was to take the window back and "give me credit" after it sells. Why would I have to wait to get credit after it sells? I would have no issue to pay a restocking fee that would cover the cost of the shipping

We ordered one window for a small renovation which we were told would arrive next Thursday. When Thursday arrived, no window. They did call to let us know that a mixup had occurred and they assured us it would be in the following Thursday. Again Thursday arrived and no window. This time no phone call. When we finally got someone on the phone they started to blame the window manufacturer. I would not recommend this company based on our experience. We lost almost 3 weeks of construction time waiting for one window. One they guaranted would arrive in one week.
