As a co-founder and owner of a construction and design-build company and involved in it's management for close to 30 years, I have a lot of understanding of how the creative process interacts with the built process. It's fun participating in a process where a client's idea goes from a dream to an actual physical building.
We are available for short-term consultation, annual consulting contracts as an outsourced facilities planner, and complete start-to-finish project delivery. While well-known for high-end residential design, we also provide design services for additions and renovations, comparing the value of a total renovation versus a full or partial demolition while listening to your ideas, goals and financial objectives.
Michael and his team have been an invaluable asset to our organization. They have undertaken a very wide range of projects for us over the last four plus years.
