Let me begin by providing background information. Recently there had been people walking up to our door after 8 PM CLAIMING they were "neighborhood watch" or selling security. After the second time, it was apparent that we were being scouted for a burglary. Needless to say, we no longer felt secure at home. I stayed awake until 4 AM that night to make sure nothing happened.
My wife called Advanced Home Connect the following day at 3:30 PM and Carlos was kind enough to schedule us in from 5-6 PM on that same day. Carlos showed up on time and was incredibly friendly. I informed him of our situation

Highly recommended without hesitation. I found Advanced Home Connect through ADT's authorized dealer program. I checked AHC's website, read online reviews (including those here), and made an appointment through its website. A few days later AHC's owner, Carlos, visited my property. He didn't try to pressure or scare me, and he did not try to upsell me. Carlos simply listened to what I wanted and provided sensible suggestions. He's unquestionably knowledgeable and professional.
