Drawn to metalwork through curiosity and fascination with the process, I began welding while working in the Tanque Verde School District as a Spanish teacher and Technology Integration Specialist. The soothing glow of heated metal was my downtime to reflect on lesson success and challenge and plan for future classroom adventure.

We took a class with Emily and it was great. She taught us exactly what we needed to know and then let us try the techniques. The class had a great structure and each activity built on the ones prior. A great experience and it was fun too!
