We are applying the same principals David Giddens has established in Central Florida Exterior for the past 19 years in hopes it starts a trend that the rest of the industry can clone.

Our Certified service tech will ensure the use of engineering calculations that your new high-efficiency air conditioner will be large enough to cool your home on the hottest days of the year. Equally as important, they'll make sure your new central AC system is not oversized. Why would an extra large unit be problematic?
We recruit our guys from high school or kids of good character people we know. We pay for them to go to Travis Technical College at night and get their basic knowledge. During the day they ride with our lead techs and learn hands on. This allows us to guarantee our work 100% because we know our guys have not picked up any bad habits.
Central Florida Heating & Cooling is based out of Plant City as of early 2021. Even though CFHC has been in the HVAC business for many years, moving to Plant City was the right decision. Our company is located near Downtown Plant City which gives us quick access to all main roads and just a few minutes from I-4.

Overall, I had a great experience with this company. In September of 2021, they replaced my existing AC system with a new one. They were always on-time and professional. If they said they were going to do something, they followed through. Here is what I valued the most about my experience: honesty and diligence. A few installation hiccups happened during the process (we are all human after all). However, I didn't have to catch them in their mistakes, they were transparent, took full responsibility and let me know as soon as something didn't go as planned. They developed fast and effective solutions

We called Central Florida Heating and Cooling when our house AC wasn’t working. They said they would be there within an hour, and true to their word, they were. Technician Nick was polite and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the repair to us. Every time we need them, CFHC is there. Their customer service is exceptional and their communication is great. We would highly recommend CFHC to anyone!

Angel and his team went out of their way to quickly diagnose and immediately start working on my ac to get it back up and running. They helped locate my parts warranty and handled all the warranty procedures. Once the part was ready they even came out on a Saturday and worked in a 100+ degree heat index.
Ac is cooling quicker than it has in past several years.
The price and quality this company provides is unbeatable.

I met the owner Angel through a networking group for our businesses, I spoke with him one day about my AC going out after continually freezing up all summer. Without hesitation Angel had one of his guys on the phone and out to my property that day! His contractor was out on time and super friendly. He found the problem and had the air blowing good as new in 30 mins. He also answered all my questions and gave knowledgeable advice on my system without being pushy. If you don't use Central Florida Heating and Cooling, you should be!

Excellent service. Checked our unit and determined after servicing the unit with no success confirmed what I already knew....after 18 years I had to replace my AC unit. Recommended a new unit and answered my questions thoroughly. After the install checked back with me too make sure the unit was working to expectations. Call these guys. You will be happy you did.
