Would give them a 0 if I could. I ordered a comforter which was terrible quality. They have a guaranteed return policy, but do NOT cover the cost of the return. Return shipping cost me $31, for a $77 item. How does it make sense that as a company they don’t cover this cost? I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and they’ve not agreed to pay any of the cost.

4 instead of 5 stars because my bed sheets came later than expected, and they didn’t email me to let me know shipment was behind, until i wrote to customer service asking them what the delay was. They replied quickly, and they were friendly and helpful. I received my sheets a few days later.

DON'T PURCHASE
The pillows were too tight/hard and thick for my taste. Cosy doesn't offer free return shipping. I took the package to UPS and USPS and the shipping cost was as much as the purchase price! So now I'm stuck with a product I'm not satisfied with. There are too many companies out there with much better customer service so don't waste your money at #cosyhousecollection!

I bought 2 Bamboo pillows and they smell so strongly of chemical paint. I contact customer service and his suggestion was to spray the pillows with Lysol. If you’re paying $90 for pillows I don’t think you should have to spray them with disinfectant in order to not be sickened by the smell. On top of having to pay for a return, their customer services is ridiculous.

Order pillows on 1/13 (not the holiday rush) Today is 1/29 and they show shipping but nothing is moving - no delivery date has been provided when tracking. They stated they were in stock too. If you go to the Cosy House website, you only can give 5 star reviews. Can't change it. That is crazy. Wonder if I will ever get them? Not happy. They need to be more honest with their delivery schedule.

They are the best sheets ever!!! I will never buy any other sheets!!! I had a issue with one pillow case but I'm not tripping. I'll order another one when I get more sheets!!! No big deal. I have my daughter in law hooked now to!!! They are so soft, comfy and I don't sweat. I stay comfy and cool all night

I read all of the wonderful reviews about these sheets and was excited to receive them! They didn't ship right away (were held from the pickup person for 3 days?) at which time I had to contact the company, and then they were shipped. They are comfy, but not worth the price. And certainly not 1500-count feeling. They don't fit correctly on my king size bed and the regular-size pillow covers are WAY too big.

Paid for express shipping(2 day shipping)...still not shipped after 5 days. Contacted customer service, they refunded the shipping fee....
Now it's been 10 days and my comforter still has yet to ship. I'll be requesting a refund tomorrow.
Customer service is fast and nice...but the warehouse needs to Definitely get their stuff figured out. I needed this blanket for my family to come visit.... I'm highly disappointed.

Great customer service!! I received my pillow cases and not my sheets, even though the tracking said they were both delivered. I contacted the company and they were quick to resend another set, hassle free, no charge! The pillow cases are amazingly comfortable and I can't wait to try the sheets. I will order from them again simply because of the customer service!
